She knows the challenges you face.  Connie has more than 40 years' experience leading and serving many volunteer and non-profit organizations.  She's learned how to lead effectively, encourage others to work harmoniously and efficiently, thus exceeding expectations and producing abundant results.

Connie was awarded the Diocesan Medal for Volunteers from the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Webster University, Certified Professional Secretary from the Institute of Administrative Professionals and the Distinguished Toastmaster award from Toastmasters, International.
